With a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Services and Development, along with a minor in Animal Science from Tarleton State University, I have cultivated a deep understanding of sustainable land management practices and livestock welfare.My journey in environmental stewardship began with roles such as Operations Intern and Apprentice at Rock Hills Ranch, where I implemented innovative sustainable land management strategies to optimize grazing practices and hay production while fostering environmental stewardship. During my tenure, I ensured the ongoing health and well-being of the herd while playing a pivotal role in the redesign and restructuring of multiple fence projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in pasture management and livestock containment.In my current role as Ranch Manager at Corvus Land & Cattle, I continue to streamline operations while maintaining meticulous ranch records for comprehensive analysis and strategic decision-making. By developing and implementing innovative grazing strategies, I optimize land use and maximize productivity, all while ensuring environmental sustainability. Additionally, I oversee marketing efforts for the fat cattle program to capitalize on market trends and enhance profitability, contributing to the long-term success of the operation.My commitment to community extends beyond my professional endeavors. As a Volunteer at the Normangee Volunteer Fire Department, I have been able to connect with the community and serve my neighbors when they're in need.With certifications in BQA Cow-Calf Management and Artificial Insemination, along with a strong foundation in ranch management and sustainable agriculture, I am equipped with the skills and expertise to drive positive change in both my community and the environment.
