About Ryan Park

As the Founder and CEO of a church growth consultancy, I partner with local and global churches to improve member retention, streamline leadership systems, and build scalable organizational frameworks. Strategic leader, executive consultant, and global missions advocate with expertise in organizational growth, ministry development, and multi-location business operations. Currently a Ph.D. student at Pepperdine University, I bring a unique blend of critical thinking, executive leadership, and frontline ministry experience to church and marketplace contexts. I serve as the Founder and CEO of Ryan & Company, where I partner with churches worldwide to enhance growth, retain members, and implement sustainable systems for thriving ministry. Previously, I have brought executive leadership experience from the fitness industry. I have served as a General Manager, Partner, and Consultant for leading fitness brands—including 24 Hour Fitness, LA Fitness, Gold’s Gym, and independent health clubs in Canada, Washington, and California—overseeing multi-location operations, revenue growth strategies, team development, and retention systems. Holding an M.A. in Christian Ministry & Leadership from Talbot School of Theology (Biola University) and a B.A. in Christian Ministries with a minor in Biblical & Theological Studies (Biola University), I integrate strategic consulting, business acumen, theological depth, ministry leadership, missional engagement, and operational expertise to equip organizations—both faith-based and marketplace—to achieve sustainable impact. And global outreach experience to equip organizations for sustainable growth and long-term impact.
