I'm delighted to introduce myself as a new member of Arbitech. With a rich background in purchasing and IT procurement, I come to this role with a wealth of experience and a passion for driving success. Formerly, I served as the Director of Purchasing at Discount PC, where I played a pivotal role in steering the company to consecutive appearances on the Fortune lists for two years running. In this capacity, I oversaw the sourcing of all IT assets for multimillion-dollar sales channels, including B2B, e-commerce, B2B e-commerce, and B2C Amazon e-commerce. With over 8 years of experience in IT procurement, I possess in-depth knowledge of e-commerce, particularly in used electronics. My journey in the industry began with a background in selling, building, and developing performance automotive parts, eventually leading me to specialize in EFI tuning while pursuing a degree in Government and a Business minor at The University of Texas at Austin. Over the course of my career, which spans over a decade, I've honed my skills in computer repair, automotive repair, and PC diagnosis, establishing myself as a proven problem solver and leader. Throughout my tenure as a purchasing manager and later as Director of Purchasing, I thrived on meeting the needs of a rapidly growing company, reporting directly to the CEO. My approach to success has always been guided by the belief that "it's not what you know, it's whom you know," emphasizing the importance of relationships and collaboration in achieving goals. I'm excited to bring my expertise to Arbitech and collaborate with each of you in driving innovation and success.
