As a Manager at PwC Indonesia, I bring 6 years of progressive experience in delivering Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) advisory to leading financial institutions in Indonesia. From banks to insurance companies, I have guided clients through regulatory complexity, digital transformation, and compliance enhancement—ensuring resilient, transparent, and well-governed operations. I started my journey at PwC as an Intern and grew within the firm to reach my current role as Manager, fueled by a deep commitment to helping organizations navigate evolving regulatory expectations, improve internal controls, and embed effective risk management practices. My project experience includes: 1. Implementing Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) aligned with SOE regulations (SK-5/DKU.MBU/11/2024) 2. Leading SOX Readiness and Implementation engagements 3. Enhancing business process compliance with POJK, PBI, and other regulatory frameworks 4. Performing Operational Due Diligence for M & As 5. Conducting anti-fraud risk assessments 6. Designing IT Governance frameworks based on COBIT 7. Supporting IFRS 15/16/17 adoption in insurance and telecommunications I aspire to continue driving impact in the financial services sector by helping institutions strengthen their GRC frameworks, respond to emerging risks, and build a culture of ethical performance.
