About Ryan Perrin

Having an excellent drive and passion to learn, I have always found myself succeeding in school. I have always thought of myself as a leader, and because of this, I have been selected for a couple of roles that let me display this leadership. I just recently completed my role as President of the Gamma Theta Chapter of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. Before being elected president, I also held the position of Scholarship Chair for two semesters. In my time as Scholarship Chair and President, our house GPA raised the most out of any fraternity on campus. Through these two roles, I have been a leader of over a hundred people in this fraternity and developed skills such as leadership, communication, problem-solving, and more. I am a current student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and double-majoring in Finance and Accounting. I am in the honors program where I have maintained a 3.917 GPA. In my time at the University of Nebraska, both the fields of Finance and Accounting have intrigued me enough for me to decide to work in these areas. I have a strong interest in private equity and accounting. I am actively seeking out an internship opportunity in either Finance or Accounting and hope to build connections that will help me succeed.
