About Ryan Perry-James

I currently working at Amazon as a stower. This has allowed me to focus on passing my course and now I can look foward to starting a career in project management. I'm focused on working my way to a better job and trying to learn new skills where I can. I haven't got a lot of experience in a project environment but have used parts in my life before, from helping my best friend plan her wedding, to orgainsing house moves for my friends. I'm still focusing on improving my skills with doing Microsoft Office course and starting an administration course to better myself to the job I wanna do. I am a highly motivated person who is flexible to the changing needs of a business. I have worked in many different environments and learned to adapt to them. I strong ability to communicate effectively, work within a team. I have worked in multiple teams as team member and leader in small aspects of the jobs I have worked. In labouring I organsing the times with various personal on what times to come for delivery's or sub contract work due to airport security. Also working with other labourers to clear sites effectively and quickly. I have finished my courses in project management consisting of PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile & Change Management.
