Being an operations manager / supervisor / coordinator is exactly what you think its like. I'm the colleague at work that people always want to know, but no one wants to be. If you need to get something done in a safe, efficient and time sensitive way, you come to me. All my colleagues know that. I'm obsessed at staying organized and truly feel it helps to make life easier. It brings a type of joy to me to take the burden off of other's shoulders and I want to do as much as possible to enhance that, both personally and professionally. Logistics and supply chain solutions are, at their core, about adaptability, and creating unique solutions for each customer. In this business we have nothing to sell other then our service so its imperative that we have a great product to sell. Working in the operations and coordinating fields I'm on the front lines of making that happen, its constantly changing and requires constant adaptation and that's precisely what makes this line of work so interesting to me.
