I'm a values-driven professional with a passion for empowering young people and strengthening communities. Currently a Training & Engagement Manager at Ygam, I specialise in education-sector engagement across the Midlands, with a focus on preventing gaming and gambling harms. My work spans stakeholder engagement, strategic programme delivery, public speaking, and using digital tools like Salesforce to streamline processes and improve outcomes. With experience across both the charity and education sectors, I’ve led impactful youth programmes, facilitated community partnerships, and developed initiatives that inspire social change. I’ve spoken at events, contributed to strategic projects like Ygam’s Safeguarding Our Digital Generation strategy, and built long-term partnerships with schools, colleges, and multi-agency networks. Outside of my day job, I volunteer extensively. I’m the elected Chairperson for West Mercian Wing RAF Air Cadets, leading governance and supporting over 100 trustees across the region. I’m also a volunteer Media and Communications Officer for an RAF Air Cadets squadron, 2497 (Cosford). I also serve as a Community Governor at Idsall School, a role that combines my commitment to local education and inclusive leadership. Having worked remotely for over five years, I’m a proactive and adaptable communicator, confident in both virtual and in-person spaces. Whether supporting trustees, designing training, or facilitating community events, my approach is always people-first.
