20 years of experience in customer service/hospitality with emphasis on food service. Multiple years working in education first in supply chain management and in procurement. Operational excellence is the cornerstone of my work, built on a foundation dedicated to stellar customer service. In business: I keep a close eye on the shifting priorities of my organization, always mindful of key business measures and indicators. I adapt dynamically to suit the needs of the business and clientele. A relentless focus on team and business goals leads me to achieve or exceed targets on a regular basis. With the Customer:Great customer service is the backbone of great business. I analyze customer behavior and search to pinpoint obstacles that need improving. I ask tough questions of my peers and direct reports in order to determine the best method for welcoming our customers.
