I'm an experienced software product professional with a passion for design, usability, and accessibility. I love taking complex concepts and requirements and turning them into dead-simple experiences that delight users. I am passionate about team-building and mentoring young talent. My favorite project so far was an in-flight replacement for a multi-million dollar online payment system, which netted a significant double-digit year-over-year gain in revenue. The company was subsequently acquired, and our products and processes adopted to wider benefit. My other professional interests include business law, human resources, psychology, human behavior research, product marketing, adult education, coaching, NIST security framework, and technical documentation.
