Ryan Porter is an investor relations and corporate communications professional who provides strategic counsel to privately held and publicly traded life sciences companies. Ryan has deep experience leading investor relations programs, advising on financing strategies, and supporting C-suite executive teams through critical milestones such as reverse mergers, FDA approvals, and IPOs. Since joining Argot Partners, Ryan has advised numerous clients across all stages of development, leading client accounts and executing communications campaigns around clinical data readouts, executive transitions, financings, and key corporate developments. He also conducts in-depth financial modeling, market research, and competitive benchmarking to position clients effectively within the investment community. Ryan joined Argot Partners in June 2021 and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University. He is currently pursuing an M.B.A. from Babson College.
