2019 – Present Toptracer Freelance EIC and Technician Integrated camera technologies for Tracing, graphics, and metrics of golf balls. Clients include the PGA, NBC, CBS, and FOX. 2015 - 2019 CP Communications Freelance Installation, operation, field technician, and on-site repairs of broadcast R.F. equipment for live sporting events such as the P.G.A, U.S.G.A, L.P.G.A, and Olympic Swim Trials. Typical positions I have worked are Fiber optic cable technician: This includes operating fusion splicer for joining thousands of feet of cable. Testing lines with a meter and laser. Radio communications: Set up, operations, and managing of on-site inventory for radio communication and data coverage over larger distances, as well as programmed hundreds of radios with multiple channels and zones. R.F. Audio technician: Building and testing RF audio equipment for talent and cameras before being sent into the field. I would troubleshoot and repair equipment. Dressed talent with I.F.B.’s, and microphones. Monitoring audio and R.F. levels. Audio board operation. R.F. Video technician: Building and testing RF video equipment for both Sony and Grass Valley cameras. Installations of Microwave mini sites for the transmission of audio, video, and data. Communicating with camera operators, and communicating with video on other trucks. 2011 – 2015 Classic Party Rentals I was responsible for event the development process by: evaluating site visits, controlling labor cost, keeping event budgets to a minimum, pulling permits, and maintaining contact with vendors and clients. Events included: Kentucky Derby, Lollapalooza, The Chicago Marathon, and a variety of national and international trade shows. I received the 2012 President's Club for bringing in in New Business while not even on the sales staff. 2009 - 2011 John G. Shedd Aquarium (Chicago, IL) Video Director, Fantasea A show that ran five times a day for three years. My responsibilities included being director of camera shots while switching and using remotely operated Sonny HD cameras. The show was broadcast on the world’s largest backdrop during a live performance with animals and trainers. I also repaired and maintained all broadcast equipment. 2006 - 2009 Panoram Technologies (Sun Valley, CA) I managed the build and installation of cutting edge visualization technologies for government agencies and oil companies. Clients included: BP, Chevron, Lockheed Martin, and Northrop Grumman. I am proficient in the installation, maintenance, and operation of Audio/Visual technology.
