As a senior environmental professional with over 30 years of experience, I am blessed to support industries that make a difference to the environment. I strive to develop strong relationships, and am a connector of people, supporting problem solving and complex issues management for our clients. Throughout my career, I have remained dedicated to environmental outcomes and I am fortunate to have helped clients within the Oil and Gas sector, Mining / Sand and Gravel, Midstream / Upstream and municipal and industrial sectors. Our primary focus is in helping to reduce environmental liabilities no matter the life-cycle stage; however we support with a holistic view and ultimately closure outcomes. We help our clients with the following needs- Abandonment and Decommissioning of wells & facilities- Environmental Assessment and monitoring (surface water, wetlands, groundwater, air and soil monitoring), including DSA and Reclamation Certificate Applications, vegetation and soil management activities- Reclamation - supervision of construction, reclamation of agricultural through forested lands- Regulatory support - applications/amendments, monitoring programs, compliance, ARO/SSLAs- Waste Management, spill response and operational programs (e.g. recovery systems, soil recycling, biodegradation)- Training, tailored to client needs and internal requirements (e.g. Developed workshop "The Environmental Consultant: Principles and Procedures")- Indigenous Support - key strategic relationships, indigenous training, and client tailored programs.
