My latest experience as a Global Business Transformation Manager and Business Process Manager has elevated my experience in the Field & Service line of business. Developing efficient and cost saving processes & new upgraded systems from a Global mindset, improving and enhancing quality and capacity for our customers. As a Territory Manager and former Operations Manager, I have overseen the compliance, logistics, budget, and safety of elevator and industrial equipment projects. I have successfully developed and optimized innovative business techniques, coordinated with inspection and testing teams, and communicated health and safety procedures and policies to all direct reports - driving safety as the number one priority among my team members. Through team effort, we drove profits 25% year over year and a service growth of 6 million. I have a strong background in aviation electronics, having served as an Aviation Electronic Technician in the military aviation industry for six years. I have trained, supervised, and led civilians and military personnel on and off duty, developing leaders of tomorrow. I have also demonstrated the ability to quickly understand priorities, solve constraints, and adapt systems to meet goals.
