I love working with people from different diversities and creating energy to get things moving. I am a progressive team player which helps companies and teams meet their strategic objectives and deliver results. I have been in the insurance industry since my articles with KPMG and was fortunate to manage audits of large short-term insurance company’s in South Africa. Thereafter I was fortunate to have moved to my current employer where I have managed to grow, learn and gain experience across finance and with the executives and have held various roles in this time that has allowed me to thoroughly understand business operations, customer sentiment and aligning and delivering strategic objectives following governed frameworks. My current role as Chief of Staff (Executive Assistant) has provided me the opportunity to exercise my skill set and work very closely with people and together deliver results. I love working with people and networking to meet people and learn different ways of thinking and new perspectives. I am driven and love motivating and helping people and teams get over the line.
