This serves as the foundation for my personal, professional and business mindset and is why I named my company Asymptote Consulting Group. My belief is that we all have it in us to be better in any area that we choose to invest our time. While you may never be able to reach perfection, perfection is still an asymptote towards which we can always be striving. The goal of Asymptote Consulting Group is to help clients get closer to their asymptotes by streamlining processes, addressing organizational culture concerns, and making sure the right talent is in the right places to maximize impact. I take a deeply analytical, bottom-up approach to understanding inefficiencies and proposing and implementing solutions. Much of my framework stems from my study of psychology and my study of and experience in Human Resources - as the basis for any functioning organization is its people. Random facts about me- I was a competitive Powerlifter in college and competed at the Collegiate National level- Powerlifting coach (recreationally)- I can solve a Rubik's cube in under 45 seconds- I love reading books, especially classical literature and personal development- Favorite book: Ishmael- I have two adorable cats Jiji and Cashew- Learning Polish so that I speak Polish with my future children and my wife.
