Ryan has more than 10 years of experience in civil engineering providing design oversight and quality control and management on design-build transportation projects. Currently he serves as the Quality Manager for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey's $1.5B Goethals Bridge Replacement Project. The bridge is a vital regional link from the New Jersey Turnpike to the Staten Island Expressway and Verrazano-Narrows Suspension Bridge in Brooklyn, connecting more than 28 million vehicles per year and passes more than $33 billion of regional goods each year. HNTB is P3 adviser and is assisting the Authority in developing its design and construction audit and oversight program. Ryan just completed his role as the Deputy Quality Manager for the 24-mile $1.7B I-15 CORE project. This was the largest road construction project in Utah state history, the largest project underway in the western United States at the time, and one of the three largest transportation projects in the country. HNTB was responsible for a full range of owner support services.Ryan is experienced in computer software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, MS Office and Pro Delivery Verification Manager. His expertise is in the management of systems such as requirements management systems, quality management systems and compliance verification systems. He also has a technical expertise in drainage design. Ryan is dedicated to helping people, projects and organizations succeed by effectively integrating people and resources using the principles of systems management. He is an experienced and successful leader of people and integrated teams.
