Hello, My name is Ryan Rasar! I started working the day after I graduated. I took a semester to attend Georgia Perimeter College, now Georgia State University. After I attended Georgia Perimeter I became an account manager for Draft Beer Services of Atlanta. I stayed there just over a year. I enjoyed the industry very much. I learned quite a lot working here. I have three years experience in LTL trucking. I spent 2 years as a dock worker for XPO Logistics. The LTL industry as a whole is a great business to be apart of. I learned quite a lot of traits here just as a dock worker. After two years I was promoted to Supervisor where I learned more in this position than I ever have. I learned how to become a positive leader. In this position I was put in quite a few uncomfortable positions forcing me to grow as an individual. I was a quarter 2 leader at XPO Logistics before moving on to Paces Contracting, LLC. I look forward to growing even more with Paces Contacting and I am excited for what I can bring to my team! Here at Paces we have an eager team and I cannot wait to see how we grow together! I am a very open minded individual. I strive to be the very best at whatever it is I am doing. I am a very dedicated and self motivated individual! I am always welcoming to network and meet fantastic people like all of the incredible individuals I have been lucky to cross paths with!
