About Ryan Rauscher

I possess many qualities that characterize me as a leader. First, I have always set high goals for myself and have worked diligently to meet each of those goals. For example, since I was young, I have known that I wanted to pursue a career in the Physical Therapy field. Therefore, when entering college, I challenged myself by taking the best courses so that I would have the best opportunity to attend an excellent school. Secondly, I believe a good leader is someone who enjoys serving others. Over the past several years I have been an active member in my school’s Hockey Team. My memberships in these groups have afforded me opportunities to mentor younger students and assist in service projects in my community. Finally, I believe my strongest leadership quality is commitment. I am the type of person that always strives to be better and one that never gives up. This can best be seen through the dedication I have shown to my education, and my hockey teams. All of these activities take up a large portion of my time, however as a leader I know that with good time management and an unwavering commitment I can accomplish all of my goals.
