My professional journey began at a Big 4 accounting firm – Ernst & Young – where I established foundations in audit and financial management. Transitioning to Hines Interests expanded my expertise into real estate and project accounting, but the allure of aerospace manufacturing and a role at Albany Engineered Composites provided the challenge and pace I thrive in. Over the next decade, I executed financial strategies, delivered SAP ERP enhancements, and implemented new processes that supported 8x revenue growth. More recently, I have developed deep expertise supporting post-acquisition integrations for finance operations and ERP systems at 2 private equity-owned companies. At ASC Engineered Solutions, I drove post-acquisition finance integrations for 8 acquisitions and company merger over a 4-year span to successfully realize a 3–5-year M&A growth plan to double company size. In my prior role as Vice President, Global Controller at Resonetics, I led the overhaul of financial infrastructures, rebuilt team capability, and implemented financial software – NetSuite and BlackLine – to enhance global financial consolidation and reporting. My leadership extended through 4 strategic acquisitions, ensuring financial synergy and alignment with corporate goals.
