As a seasoned IT professional with professional experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Analysis, and digital transformation. I specialise in designing and implementing innovative technology solutions that enhance organisational efficiency and user experience. My career has spanned roles such as ITS System Architect, Business Analyst, and Knowledge & Performance Management, IT consultant work with a strong focus on the education sector.My Academic background is dual Major in Commerce, Economics & Finance. Where I earned the Federation Award of Excellence for my high achievement during study, and earned scholarship to undertake study abroad in International Negotiations at a Lithuanian University. Additionally I completed an Industrial Engineering Continuous project placement with Mars Wrigley while completing my studies. At Federation University, I led the development of comprehensive digital transformation strategies, within Cybersecurity and Data Governance, my projects delivered including the implementation of an Omni Channel communications platform, Co-Op University Transformation, and SharePoint development. My work in digital architecture has been pivotal in aligning IT solutions with the university's strategic objectives, ensuring seamless integration and improved user experiences for students and staff, closely involved with an experience with Co-Operative Learning and the experiential learning design space. I developed across these roles a strong skillset in Options Analysis and procurement activities. Skilled in both agile and waterfall methodologies, I excel in stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, and solution design, with a strong foundation in human-centered design (HCD) and tools like MS Azure DevOps and Atlassian.
