Customer Service - Working with both our internal and external customer’s I have developed knowledge on satisfying customers needs/concerns in a effective and timely manner. Understanding, and developing first time resolutions to all needs places you in the customers first point of contact on all situations in turn establishing customer loyalty and recurring business partners. Billing/Collections knowledge - data analyst, and report development are needed to identify and explain billing reports to both customers, and businesses. Learning these skills has created a understanding to read data explain them both in verbal and written communication to handle customer needs, and business operations therefore; resolving timely resolution to outstanding inquiries. Call Center work environment - I have obtained skills to adapt to all office work environments. I have high level of experience with call centers tracking specific task of a position such as outbound and inbound call trackers, quality assurance, customer satisfactory assessments, and revenue generating reports. Management background in MS Office, payroll, expense reports,Shrink, time management employee schedules, and training - Management in business operations provided me with the skills of being able to analyze data from day to day, Monthly, Quarterly, and annually. To make the best business decisions to my employers from, Inventory, staff, and training to bring out the best performance from my department.
