About Ryan Regan

I’m currently working full-time at Siemens Energy as a Business Excellence Developer in Painted Post, NY, where I support operational efficiency with data engineering and visualization. Using tools like Alteryx Designer, Microsoft Power BI, and the Snowflake cloud data platform my work involves cleaning, transforming, and presenting data to enable facility leadership to make informed decisions based on key performance indicators (KPIs). At Siemens, I collaborate cross-functionally with managers to define impactful KPIs and ensure seamless integration of insights into daily operations. I also provide training and support for long-term adoption of the data tools I create. Previously, I’ve gained hands-on experience in automation and control systems through my internships at Enginuity Global and Power and Control Systems, where I worked with PLCs, Python automation scripts, and control systems. Technical Skills: Python, MATLAB, Power BI, Alteryx, RSLogix 500, Verilog, Embedded Systems 🧭 Leadership: While holding several leadership positions within the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets, I developed and led high-performing teams with a focus on discipline, communication, and mentorship.
