About Ryan Reich

From the day I learned to put one foot in front of the other, my mom no longer needed a gym membership. I kept her moving as I dashed from place to place, introducing myself to strangers, offering a helping hand and opening the door for everyone that entered a restaurant accompanied by my mostly-toothed grin. As I’ve grown up, my inclination for serving others hasn’t changed and, after years of searching for a career I could call my own, I found my home in the events and hospitality industry. The start of my experience comes from La Caille, a 20-acre mountain getaway located in Sandy Utah. Working every position from busser to Banquet Manager I couldn't get enough. At La Caille I became known for my outgoing attitude, ability to sell guests on the impeccable venue and problem solving savvy. Watching each bride walk away from my events with an ear-to-ear grin was what fueled me and I quickly knew that this was what I wanted to dedicate my life to. This revelation has prompted me to passionately study the industry; from studying Business Management and Event Planning at Stevens-Henager College, to the Sundance Film Festival out of my home town of Park City, Utah. This still wasn't enough for me so I moved to Los Angeles to fully immerse myself in the hospitality industry by joining the prestigious TAO group now out of the heart of Hollywood, to music festivals that hit plus attendees, exclusive high-end parties and even dipped into the hotel event side of events and conferences. Running events and being fully emerged in that atmosphere is the environment I thrive in. My true passions lay in creating a magical day for anyone I come in contact with and knowing I had a part in making that guests’ experience one for the books.
