About Ryan Ribeiro

My experiences that I have accumulated during my time as a business owner and as a sales associate have taught me how to effectively communicate with others in a way that makes everyone feel as though their input is valued while still getting the point across. During university, I used these communication skills to contribute ideas in teams that I was a member of, and to act as a leadership role for some of the teams too. I also used my problem solving skills to work through any unexpected issues that my team and I encountered along the way. In the workplace, the amount of effort and thoughtfulness that I put into working with customers and employees has been repeatedly acknowledged both at a store and a district level. I take a lot of pride in the work I do, no matter what type of work it is, and as a result I help promote a positive work environment where others feel inspired to do their best too.
