About Ryan Richards

At present, I work as a Paraplanner at Wren Sterling. I have experience across all areas of advice, from retirement planning and replacement business, to estate planning and Trusts, to new investments such as AIMs and VCTs with everything inbetween. I am heavily involved in the advice itself, either bouncing ideas with an adviser before a case, or picking things up from the file whereby different angles can be explored and discuss these as and when they come up. Lastly, I am lucky enough to be a ‘mentor’ for juniors within the role, and take pride in being able to help people and allow them to learn in a way that suits them. Being a technical person who, regardless of the time of day, can’t turn his brain off…! I find this role to be almost perfect to my skillset and have great enjoyment and purpose doing it.
