I have a 3 year post secondary IT diploma, with approximately 2 years experience in the field. I also have approximately 5 years of sales experience in both the technology and cellular fields. In my time as a sales specialist, I've had the opportunity to represent national brands such as The Source, Future Shop, and Koodo Mobile. My most recent role was a customer service representative at TD Canada Trust. There, I learned many essential skills, including a deep understanding of numerous credit products, high levels of cash exposure and privacy compliance. My biggest take from my time at TD was its thriving environment, where I was able to become proficient in my sales skillset. Key attributes I pride myself in bringing to any workplace are being a team player by showing leadership, demonstrating integrity that establishes customer loyalty, and having fun while being the best to maintain a positive work environment.
