About Ryan Rose

I went to the University of Utah and got a Major in Broadcast Journalism and a Minor in Atmospheric Science. I landed my first job in Great falls, Montana as a Weekend Meteorologist and Weekday Reporter. I worked there for 10 months before moving on to be the Morning Meteorologist at KQTV in St. Joseph, Missouri. Both my wife and I had a great time in Missouri, but it was time to get back closer to home in Utah, so after much contemplation, I accepted a job at KMVT as the Morning and Noon Meteorologist in Twin Falls, Idaho. One of my other huge passions is in the travel industry. I love everything that has to do with travel, whether it be with airplanes, hotels, cruises, seeing new places, and I even love every minute of the planning of a vacation or of travel. My passion for travel is so big that when I book my travel, I purposefully plan my layovers in airports or cities that I have never been to. I love telling other people of my experience with travel, and I also love planning other people's travel as well and I'll give suggestions on their travel plans. That is why I now work at Morris Columbus Travel in Bountiful, Utah
