The one title I do care deeply about is the one I was given in 2016 and again in 2019; Dad. For fifteen years, I've served in several People focused roles, from Employee Relations Generalist to Recruiting Manager. No matter the role or the organization, my commitment is to people and ensuring people have the resources they need to impact others positively. I ask questions for a living.
