About Ryan Sabo

Ryan is a Engr Spec-Systems Analysis within Channel Technology Production Support team at Verizon. He is responsible in providing best-in class end user experience, tactical systems triage, and real time troubleshooting in support of all assisted sales channels (Indirect, Retail, Inside Sales, Chat, and Door to Door). Prior to his current role, Ryan served as Sr. Analyst – Retail Operations in the Omni Planning & Operations Orchestration. In this capacity, he supported and enabled frontline sales teams to sell more effectively and efficiently by providing information, data, materials, and tools that facilitated strategic direction, delivered on the customer experience, and strengthened the Verizon brand. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his partner and their two dogs at their residence in Oklahoma. They both share a passion for their careers and enjoy exploring local eateries, hiking in Colorado, and advocating for LGBTQ+ initiatives and Equality for All.
