About Ryan Sallach

As a District Special Constable with the Toronto Police Service, I have the opportunity to apply my communication and organization skills to support the law enforcement and public safety operations in the city of Toronto. I have been in this role since 2023, after working as a Court Officer and a Booking Officer for a year, where I gained valuable insights into the court services and the justice system. My career in law enforcement began in 2019, when I joined the Toronto Police Service as a Parking Enforcement Officer. I learned to know the city and its people, and enjoyed working with my colleagues and handling various challenges and situations. Before that, I worked as a Constituency Assistant for MP John Brassard for three years, where I developed my administration and customer service skills, as well as my knowledge of government liaison and office management. I am passionate about serving the community and making a positive difference in the lives of others.
