About Ryan Sandler

With a passion for the sports and retail industry and a B.S. in Sport Management from West Virginia University, I pursued a career as a Merchandise Manager at Hartford Yard Goats, the Double-A Affiliate for the Colorado Rockies. There, I combine my knowledge of sports business, fashion merchandising, and communications to create and sell appealing products for our fans. In my current role, I have achieved a 14% increase in sales, from my collaboration with vendors, creation of purchase orders, and analysis of post-game reports. I also oversee and operate our online store and point-of-sale locations, using Shopify and RetailPro. Additionally, I manage a staff of 18 employees, whom I train, schedule, and empower to deliver excellent customer service. My goal is to continue to grow our brand and revenue, while providing a memorable experience for our customers.
