About Ryan Satter

I recently completed my Google IT Support certificate through Merit America. My goals moving forward are to transition into the IT field and continue to develop my skills. Ultimately I am seeking to master computer networking as well as cybersecurity. I'm very excited to be taking this huge step toward a new career and can't wait to experience everything that comes with it. I've been with Amazon for the last five years, three of which have been spent as a Tier Lead Fulfillment Associate, aka Process Assistant. I've spent a lot of time in my current role developing interpersonal, administrative, and analytical skills. I place a heavy emphasis on quality with my team when it comes to our department, and I am able to deep dive all root causes and barriers that are causing associates to have quality errors while in path. I've also headed multiple projects aimed at process improvement that have all been successful. Teaching other people new skills is also something I’m very passionate about. There is nothing that brings me greater pride than helping those around me.
