As a former Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), I gained invaluable insight into the patent prosecution process, which I now use to help entrepreneurs, innovators, and businesses develop strong, enforceable IP strategies. With years of experience at both big law firms and my own independent practice, I focus on securing patents, managing complex IP portfolios, and advising clients on branding and trademark strategies. My background in chemical engineering has allowed me to work closely with global technology companies in industries such as polymers, natural resource materials, and beyond. I was an early expert in Artificial Intelligence (AI), representing clients at the forefront of this evolving field and integrating AI into my legal practice. I have substantial experience advising on consumer products, medical devices, and robotics. My approach to IP protection is holistic and strategic, leveraging deep knowledge of utility and design patents, as well as trademarks, to safeguard innovation. Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized for my ability to navigate complex technical challenges and deliver innovative legal solutions. Beyond my legal practice, I am passionate about music, poetry, and sports. As a lifelong Mets and Jets fan, I enjoy spending time with family and exploring creative pursuits outside the office.
