Developed product, growth, and margin opportunities to help determine valuation, negotiation of key deal points, and seamless execution of the transaction OPERATIONS • Identified Operational synergy opportunities to maximize company efficiencies and support maximum company valuation. Defined and drove the execution of company integration efforts to accelerate synergistic opportunities with the goal of maximizing company growth and valuation.
