With over 4 years of customer service and support experience and more than 2 years of technical experience providing IT solutions in educational environments, I bring a unique blend of people-focused and technical expertise. My work has included managing Google Workspace environments, deploying Chromebooks and Winbooks, and assisting with asset management solutions. One notable accomplishment involved deploying a Network Attached Storage (NAS) solution to create a localized database, significantly enhancing accessibility for custom etching projects. This NAS also streamlined data tracking and improved operational efficiencies for an operations floor team. The implementation leveraged tools and technologies such as Linux, Python, and SQL to achieve these results. I’ve also created technical documentation and SOPs to streamline onboarding processes and enhance operational consistency. My core skills include hardware and software troubleshooting, operating system management (Windows, Linux), Active Directory, and cloud-based tools like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. I have a strong foundation in virtualization platforms such as Proxmox, scripting with PowerShell, and managing network essentials like DHCP, DNS, and IP addressing.
