As Business Development Manager at PolyCine GmbH, I am responsible for expanding the market presence and customer base of the company in North America and Europe. PolyCine is a global leader in the manufacture of medical-grade, non-PVC, PP-based pharmaceutical packaging films and tubes for IV solution bag applications. In this role, I have developed and executed strategic sales and marketing plans, established and maintained strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders, and delivered high-quality products and services that meet the needs and expectations of our clients. Drawing from my extensive professional baseball career and experience as a European MLB baseball scout, the pursuit of excellence has always driven me, never short on competitiveness, while helping me develop the ability to excel in team environments and build strong relationships. My dedication to teamwork and relationship-building also extend beyond baseball, serving as an Ambassador for the European Cricket League AG and as a throwing/fielding coach for the Perth Scorchers and Western Warriors at the WACA in Perth, Western Australia. These roles in the global sports industry have also enhanced my skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation with diverse audiences and cultures.
