With over 15 years experience as an Animation Editor, I’ve honed my skills in communication, problem-solving, and storytelling to great success. From children’s programming and adult comedies, to sci-fi dramas, I take pride in having a diverse filmography that has challenged and rewarded me, in equal measure. Every cut I make, as an editor, is deeply rooted in the relationships made behind-the-scenes. Each project has its own unique rhythm, on and off the screen, and I make a point to listen. It is vitally important for me to earn the trust of all departments; to understand their needs and to be open to new workflows. By doing so, I’ve been able to stay on top of high-pressure productions and consistently earn the trust of my producers. My work ethic may be meticulous, but I also maintain a fun, light-hearted, work environment for my editorial team; no matter how intense things may get. Productivity and efficiency arise from a place of respect. Here are a few of my highlights… • Mastery in Avid, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, AE, etc), DaVinci Resolve, Red Giant/Maxon Plugins, Boris FX Sapphire Plugins, Audio Mixing and Import/Export formatting (Media Encoder, Compressor, video codecs, Storyboard Pro to Premiere XMLs and AAFs, network deliverables). • Exceptional problem-solving skills, aided by a strong background in programs beyond Editorial (Harmony, Storyboard Pro, CG layout/compositing). • Have led editorial teams successfully; multitasking well, within high-pressure environments. • Excellent command of timing; both comedic and action-oriented. • "Everybody Still Hates Chris" was nominated for Outstanding Animated Series, by the NAACP Awards (2025). • "HouseBroken" was nominated for Best Limited Series, by the Annie Awards (2023). • "HouseBroken" won Animated Series, two years in a row, at the WIN Awards (2022-2023).
