About Ryan Scrofani

At about 12 years old I came to realize the value of a dollar. I started roofing with my father at that point in order to continue buying my moms favorite candy from the near by gas station (only to realize 10 years later that she in fact did not like the candy I bought her every week but couldn’t tell me). Roofing in the baking sun for $2 an hour was the best thing that happened to me. Several years later I became of age to work in roofing professionally where I was faced with the reality of commitment. I was hired by my father to start as a roofing laborer only to realize the days of him allowing my slack were over. Although I was at the lowest rung in roofing, I was expected to look as if picking up trash was the most urgent matter on that job site. I was held at extreme standards regardless of what my task was. Those days and lessons have only paid off for my career and future. I now understand and strive for quality roofing, commitment, and team work.
