I'm a generalist operator and people-first leader with 10+ years of experience driving strategic planning, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment in fast-moving, high-stakes environments — most recently in a Fortune 4 healthcare tech company. I’ve built and scaled teams, improved P&L outcomes, created and redesigned systems, and led large programs across complex organizations. But more than anything, I care about living into values of connection and growth and leading with authenticity, creativity, and care. I recently made the choice to step away from corporate leadership to re-imagine how I work, live, and contribute. I’m now seeking a role where I can help build something meaningful — ideally in a mission-driven startup working in climate, health, sustainability, energy, or similarly impactful spaces. I'm especially drawn to Chief of Staff or strategic operations roles where I can bring my strengths — ideating, connecting, learning, executing, creating calm in chaos — to help teams move forward and fast with clarity, purpose, and intention. I believe in building cultures of trust and empowerment, in asking questions, in vulnerability as a strength, in pausing to move fast, and in aligning our work with the world in which we want to live.
