Ryan manages the wealth of high-net-worth families, lawyers and business owners that are either too busy creating their own wealth to manage it effectively or would simply prefer to delegate the task to a trusted advisor. He focuses on creating customized tax, investment and financial plans that synchronize all aspects of a client’s wealth. The concentrated focus of his practice allows for him to have an unparalleled understanding of the investment, tax and risk management strategies needed to create a successful plan for each client. Ryan has received multiple awards from IG Wealth Management acknowledging his outstanding performance and dedication to clients and has distinguished himself as one of the top advisors in the country. He also contributes to Investment Executive magazine as a feature resource for their articles on financial planning. Ryan received his Bachelor of Science, with Honors in Molecular Biology at Queen’s University where his exemplary academic achievement earned him the University of Toronto’s National Book Award. He then studied in the United Kingdom where he graduated with an International Studies Diploma in International Finance and Commerce from the Bader International Study Centre. Most recently, Ryan completed Foundations of Wealth Management from Wharton, one of the most renowned business schools in the world and Behaviour Finance from the McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University. Ryan dedicates a large portion of his spare time to helping the community. He is an active member of the Queen's University Alumni Association, The Northern Pass and McMaster Children’s Hospital Foundation. Since starting his wealth management practice Ryan has engaged the next generation of community leaders as a guest speaker at Queen’s University’s Smith School of Business and as the Vice-President of the Queen’s University Alumni Association. Ryan passionately believes that it is important to lead an active and balanced lifestyle in order to achieve happiness and real success. In his spare time, he enjoys bike riding, skiing, and traveling with his wife, Lisa, and sons Noah, Elliot and Benjamin. He also makes it a high priority to leave space in his busy schedule to spend time with his family and friends.
