About Ryan Shuda

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and joined Marks & Associates in October of 2022. I graduated from the Adler School of Professional Psychology (currently Adler University) in 2014 with his Master's in the Art of Counseling with a Specialization in Sport, Exercise, and Health Psychology. My undergraduate degree was a Bachelor of Science, double majoring in Psychology and Health Sciences: Pre-Physical Therapy emphasis. I specialize in the treatment of mood disorders, depression, anxiety, anger management, substance related problems, as well as men's mental health struggles. I maintain certifications as a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), Certified Specialist in Anger Management (CSAM), and is also working on obtaining certification as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I have worked with a variety of athletes from various sports and backgrounds (weekend warriors, hobbyists, Division 1 student athletes, as well as semi-professional athletes). I also have a wide range of professional counseling experience including working in outpatient counseling, community based support, groups, inpatient substance abuse, as well as hospital-based settings.
