About Ryan Sidman

Being an analytical person, I like solving problems and looking from different perspectives to find multiple solutions. With a foundation of managerial and communication skills, I look to collaborate with others and create more solutions and network with other employees and companies. In my undergraduate career, I have been pleased to manage groups of people to achieve team goals. I lead the group towards the goals by analyzing problems from within and using problem-solving skills to get solutions. I use my own knowledge to instruct others to further their talents and excel in the task they are working on. While collaborating in a group, I like to ensure a smooth flow of the group effort. I resolve issues by effectively communicating between the two parties and looking for a way for them to compromise. Using these skills and past experiences, I look to further my options and network with more employers. I am looking to obtain an Internship/Full time opportunity and find more connections to other places around the United States. My main interest is to work as a financial/credit analyst or in Treasury. My analytical perspective gives me a great interest in this field and looking to make more connections throughout my undergraduate and into my post-graduate career.
