About Ryan Sims

Creating impact is at the heart of what I do. Whether it's process improvements, digging into data, or leading teams, I'm all about tackling tough challenges with a focus on sustainability and making a real difference. I bring a mix of experience in leadership, program management, and data analytics that helps me see things from different angles. I love taking complex data and turning it into insights that people can actually use to make better decisions for their organizations and communities. Right now, I'm working on my skills in quantitative analysis to get better at spotting patterns and making bold, data-driven decisions. I'm also working on a Master's in Public Affairs to get more tools for tackling the big issues we're facing. I'm big on clear communication and community engagement. There are additional examples of my work portfolio there as well. Throughout my career, I've worked on making processes more efficient and adding value to the organizations I've been a part of. At EmployIndy, I set up data processes that boosted sales outcomes by 15% and started sustainability and data governance committees to push for organizational change. At White Pine Wilderness Academy, I helped double customer retention by improving digital engagement and making things run more smoothly. I'm always looking to learn and grow in every role, whether it's as a project manager, sustainability consultant, or analyst.
