About Ryan Slater

Ryan is a Partner and Business Advisor with MNP’s Private Enterprise group in Surrey. He is a Regional Assurance Leader in the Lower Mainland Region, responsible for quality and risk management and providing technical resources for the region. A trusted advisor, Ryan provides tailored assurance, accounting advisory and business advisory services to private companies and other organizations, with the ultimate goal of making his clients’ business better. Ryan works with clients in a wide range of industries, including real estate and construction, manufacturing, consumer markets, hospitality, and not-for-profit housing and healthcare organizations. Prior to joining MNP, Ryan worked at a Big Four firm providing assurance services to a wide range of private and not-for-profit organizations. Ryan graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in economics (with Distinction) in 2013 and from Camosun College with a post-degree Diploma in accounting in 2015. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, Honors), qualifying in 2017. Ryan is involved in his community and participated in the Tour de Cure for the last ten years raising funds for the BC Cancer Foundation.
