About Ryan Smith

Professionalism and relationship building have always been my two strongest qualities. In the fast paced world of real estate it is important to remember that the number one concern of any REALTOR® should always be their client. My business is about listening to the needs and expectations of the people I work for while representing their interests with proficiency and skill. Doing so allows me to fulfill those expectations while building strong, enduring relationships. The business of real estate is a multifaceted one. Full of opportunities at many different levels in a diverse array of roles. I have chosen to take on a number of those roles which has shaped my journey and growth beyond the typical career path of a REALTOR®. I work in the the role of educator with the Calgary Real Estate Board as a means to further my own knowledge base and to challenge myself to give back and improve the industry of organized real estate. I am also involved with a real estate start up with the ambition of providing agents a tool to connect with their clients in a meaningful way long before and after the point of sale. I have taken these roles to foster my own growth, but also a means to leave a tangible and measurable mark on the industry of real estate by changing it for the better.
