Throughout my personal, academic, and professional endeavors I have had extraordinary opportunities to develop strong leadership, change management, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills while working in a broad variety of health care contexts. I have had the privilege of continuously engaging with patients, families, operational and medical leaders, and clinicians as partners to enhance quality, safety, and process improvement throughout our health system. I am passionate about patient and family centred care and recognize the incredible value of listening and understanding patient and family experiences with our healthcare system – both positive and negative – and utilizing this knowledge to continuously improve. In both my professional and personal life I am known to be a strong communicator and connector, innovative and analytical thinker, and action oriented - committed to finding positive outcomes though engagement and attention to detail.
