About Ryan Souza

An unapologetic generalist by design, I have intentionally, incrementally learned a vast array of skills to foster the most well-rounded version of myself humanely possible. Earning three degrees, from three distinct institutions, a science degree in Horticultrue and two art degrees, one in Kinesiology and the other a Bachelor's in Sociology, has afforded me a very liberal, practical knowledge reservoir to use for problem solving. Working in diverse sectors, from food service to retail, from highly specialized fields in construction and aircraft mechanics, and more broad fields, such as information management and organic crop production, has shaped me into the most truest form of a general, one can strive to become. The culmination of three collegiate degrees, five years of military service, experimentation with over twenty occupational fields in specialized and general fields, and vast exposure to diverse cultures on four different continents, travelling the world-around, has given me the confidence that I can conquer any obstacle. Verily, I can proudly offer the world comprehensive communication skills-orally or in writing-to carry out effective networking and coordinating between small groups of people. A systems' thinker devoted to solutions, I am capable of designing, mediating and consulting for any progressive community enterprise.
