With over a decade of experience in logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, and business development, I’ve built a reputation for rolling up my sleeves and getting the job done—whether it’s growing a business from scratch or optimizing operations for a big exit (yes, I’ve done both!). From e-commerce fulfillment to 3PL and warehouse distribution, I’ve been in the trenches, helping companies unlock serious growth. Before this, I was the COO of El Mar Logistics, where I took a small warehouse and turned it into a e-commerce machine generating $10 million in annual revenue. Oh, and I launched our Mexico operation, which hit $5 million in sales its first year. Both businesses were successfully acquired, and yes, I survived the sleepless nights leading the seller-side acquisition (coffee helped). I’ve also built and managed teams at venture-backed startups like FreedomPop, scaling operations and driving growth with a lot of strategy—and a little bit of luck.
