About Ryan Stanton

As a founder, president, and CEO, I created and grew a non-profit organization from scratch, providing services in 26 counties in Nebraska. I partnered with churches, foundations, businesses, and individuals to increase participation and revenue to over $3M, and advocated for child welfare issues at the national and state levels. I implemented an operating system to align all employees and move the organization forward. Before that, I developed and evaluated independent and transitional living services for youth as a Transitional Living Supervisor and Residential Supervisor, and helped older youth become productive members of society as a Teaching Parent. I sat on the organization's senior leadership team to set strategic direction and make team decisions, and created initial assessments and ongoing service plans for youth. My education includes a B.S. in Management and Organizational Leadership & Bible from Grace University in Omaha, NE, and an A.S. in Chemistry Education from McCook Community College in McCook, NE. My strengths include context, harmony, belief, relator, and responsibility. I am passionate about improving the lives of children and youth and building strong partnerships with the community.
